Boeing 777-300 ER

Orbit Airlines is pleased to announce that we have recently acquired several Boeing 777-300 ERs from Project Opensky. The complete model, equipped with a virtual cockpit, can be downloaded from here. These will be based at our Heathrow and Los Angeles Hubs and will be used on inter-continental routes to Europe, America, the Caribbean and Africa.  Seating 365 passengers in 3 different classes, and with a maximum range of just under 8000 nautical miles, our Boeing 777-300 ERs are capable of flying to anywhere in the world*! The first aircraft to be delivered was PJ-ORB, who is pictured here soon after landing at our Saint Martin hub.

Integrating a new aircraft type into our already diverse fleet is not always easy and there has been a minor hiccup: those FSX users who do not already have an aircraft designed for FS9 might be missing a crucial file that prevents most of the cockpit gauges from displaying.  The problem is solved here by downloading 'msvcr70.dll' into the main FSX folder.

We hope you enjoy spending many hours flying the Boeing 777-300 ER.
