Boeing 767-300 ER

Orbit Airlines is delighted to announce the latest and newest aircraft in our fleet - the Boeing 767-300 ER.  Our shiny new wide-body aircraft will be flown on our many transatlantic routes by the same pilots who fly our 757s, since the two aircraft types share the same cockpit design.

This purchase of our new aircraft was inspired by the many requests and emails we received from our loyal travellers and we would like to thank you for your dedication to the airline. Orbit Airlines would also particularly like to thank Frank Leser for his hard work and effort that he put into painting this aircraft (and quite a few others as well!).

The model is made by SkySpirit2010 and is version 5 of their B763ER. The repaint can be downloaded from flightsim.com by searching for 'fsx_orbit_767-300.zip'.

Don't forget to check out the other aircraft in our ever-growing fleet!

Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental

Our new Boeing 747 Intercontinentals have just been delivered, from Paine Field, Washington. Capable of flying 8000 nautical miles, these jumbos will be used on our main international routes.  The B747-8i is the longest passenger aircraft in the world and can carry 467 passengers (51 more than a 747-400) in the three class configuration that we will be flying them in.

The Orbit Airlines textures are avaliable for SkySpirit2011's 747-8i model and were created from the official paint-kit by Stephen Hulme.

We hope you have a great time flying the largest aircraft in our fleet!

Regards,
The Orbit Airlines Team

Boeing 757-200

The latest Orbit Airlines bird to grace the skies is the Boeing 757-200 in both winglet and no-winglet versions.  She will be flying from the Caribbean to Florida, USA and onwards to medium-haul destinations around the world. The Boeing 757-200 seats 200 passengers in two classes (Economy & Business) and shares a common cockpit design with the Boeing 767s.
The Boeing 757-200 is painted from Project Opensky's official paint kit by Stephen Hulme. Two versions are included, one with winglets and one with a virtual cockpit.

We're sure you're like this latest addition to the Orbit Airlines fleet!

Saab 340B

Good news! Our new Saab 340B has just made it's maiden flight from Princess Juliana to the Vance W. Amory International Airport (Nevis), expanding our short-haul fleet to 4 aircraft. While production of Saab 340s ended in 1998, we have managed to procure a few low flight-hours aircraft that were 'forgotten' in a Swedish hanger. After a wash and a new coat of paint, they have been outfitted to seat 30 passengers in two classes (business & economy). We hope you will enjoy flying in our latest addition to the Orbit Airlines fleet.

This model has been manufactured by Premier Aircraft Design and painted by Joh Wilholt into Orbit Airlines colours.
